1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of r3nu.co.uk (the "Site") and your purchase
of any products from R3NU-UK ("R3NU," "we," "us," or "our"). R3NU-UK operates this Site,
powered by Shopify, and sells home wellness and recovery equipment under the R3NU brand,
including the Walking Pad, Sauna Steam Pod, Ice Recovery Pod, Infrared Heated Blanket, and
Reformer.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please
do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on
this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time
without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, dimensions, and specifications
accurately. Minor variations between the Site and the delivered product (e.g. due to
screen display or product updates) do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
- Buy-now-pay-later options (where offered, including Klarna, Clearpay, and PayPal Pay in
3) are provided by third-party finance providers. Your agreement for those instalments is
with the finance provider directly, subject to their own terms and credit checks, not with
R3NU.
4. Orders and Payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch
by email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud,
pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a confirmed order, you will receive a
full refund.
- Payment is taken at the time of order unless otherwise stated for BNPL options.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk in the product passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment is received in
full.
If a delivery is delayed significantly, contact us at the details in Section 11 and we will do
our best to resolve it.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your
order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, without giving a reason, for most items.
- To cancel, contact us within the 14-day window using the details in Section 11. You are
responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We may
make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced by unnecessary handling.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the
returned item, or of you providing proof of return postage.
- This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect
of faulty, not-as-described, or unfit-for-purpose goods.
7. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the individual product page
or accompanying documentation at the time of purchase. This is in addition to, and does not
affect, your statutory rights.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair
the Site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other user accounts, or our
systems.
- Copy, reproduce, or resell any content from the Site without our written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product photography, is owned by or
licensed to R3NU-UK and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use it without
our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that,
we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or
products, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the
most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance
of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
